Field Trip Locations
Hand In Hand Homeschool's Field Trip Locator is our most popular section of the website. We consistently rank in the top 3 google hits for most Maryland field trip locations. Our pages are accessed monthly by hundreds of homeschool families, general educators and families, and people planning trips to the mid-Atlantic region.
When you advertise with Hand In Hand your page-specific listing will be expanded from a general listing to include information about your field trip location's specific exhibits and ways that families can extend their learning. See an example of what an expanded field trip listing looks like.
Field Trip Advertising Package: $200 annually
Up to 2,000 words of text that provide a general synopsis of your field trip location and details about permanent exhibits, temporary exhibits, and special classes and events you offer to homeschool families.
Two (2) content updates to your page per advertising year.
Inclusion of one (1) image on your page.
Posting privileges to Hand In Hand's online calendar for homeschool specific events at your field trip location, as well as up to three (3) family events within the advertising year.
One (1) button ad (125x125 pixels) appearing on three (3) pages of the Hand In Hand Homeschool website. Advertiser must provide usable JPG image. Homepage placement is not available. Other placement restrictions may apply.
Promotion of three (3) general family and/or preschool events hosted at your field trip location per advertising year for inclusion in Hand In Hand's electronic newsletter as well as Hand In Hand's social media pages. Posts will include a clickable link.

One (1) button ad (125x125 pixels) appearing on five (5) pages of the Hand In Hand Homeschool website. Advertiser must provide usable JPG image. Or, for an additional $50 fee, let Hand In Hand's staff create a button ad for you. Homepage placement is not available. Other placement restrictions may apply.
Option to submit one (1) article per year on a pre-approved educational topic. Articles must be professionally written on a general topic relating to education. They cannot be aditorials only quoting and referencing the advertiser. Other restrictions may apply. Your article will include your name, a 50-word byline, and a clickable email link.
Option to submit two (2) listings for Hand In Hand's online calendar for homeschool specific or family events, classes, or workshops.
Promotion of your business on Hand In Hand's social media pages on three (3) separate occasions over the course of your advertising contract. Posts will include a clickable link.

One (1) PDF link to a downloadable file, which you provide, hosted on Hand In Hand's server.

Personalized meta-names for keywords, description, and author attributes, to increase your searchable visibility.
Hosting on Hand In Hand's site for one (1) year. You may update your page once every six (6) months during your contract. Additional updates cost $25.
