Maryland 4-H
4-H is the largest youth development program in the nation with just over 6 million youth participating annually - 83,000 of them are right here in Maryland. More than just about raising farm animals, 4-H provides a supportive setting for all youth to reach their fullest potential. Youth learn beneficial cognitive and life skills through community-focused, research-based experiential educational programs. 4-H helps youth become competent, caring citizens.

Camp Fire USA
Camp Fire's core purpose is to help youth prepare for life, now. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all. Every kid is unique, every family is unique. Camp Fire understands and meets them where they are. We help them each find their path, their passion, their sparks. Camp Fire offers programs in three broad areas: (1) Environmental and Camp Programs; (2) Out-of-School-Time Programs; and (3) Teen Service and Leadership Programs.

Roots and Shoots
Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots provides young people with the knowledge, tools and hopeful inspiration to improve the environment and the quality of life for people and animals.

Girl Scouts of the USA
Girl Scouts earn badges, hike and camp, participate in the cookie program, and much more. They improve neighborhoods, protect the planet, design robots, and establish sports clinics.

Adventure Scouts USA
Adventure Scouts USA are nationwide, modern, co-ed, fully nondiscriminatory Scout Programs with teams forming in your area. Adventure Scouts choose, organize and lead their own meetings, programs, and activities allowing them to do what is FUN for them. Too often in organizations or programs, youth or otherwise, activities are decided by a group of adults who have no idea what is FUN or exciting to their members. That is why our Scouts do not makeƂ baskets and learn Morse Code (unless they want to of course!).

Boy Scouts of America
The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for boys, ages 7 - 17, that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women who are 14 years of age OR 13 years of age and have completed the eighth grade and under 21 years of age. Venturing's purpose is to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults.
