Early College - Parent Survey


Hand In Hand Homeschool, in collaboration with Texas Parents of the Profoundly Gifted, are reseaching early college as a radical acceleration option for highly and profoundly gifted students. Participation in this online research study is voluntary and without compensation. There are no known risks for participating in this survey. All information submitted through this form will be held in strict confidence.

In order to be eligible to complete this survey, your child must have begun either part-time OR full-time early college BEFORE the age of 15 years-1 month.

This survey is being conducted to aid in the development of workshops relating to gifted education and early college. The workshops will be presented at national and regional levels. This survey seeks to to supplement existing research on the topic of formal Early Entrance Programs. Specifically, we are looking to measure attitudes and experiences of students who have independently attended early college. Data and anecdotal stories shared in the surveys will be reported in either aggregate form or in general terms, without identifying specific students at specific schools.


This 40-question survey takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
